5 Ways Your Knocking Yourself Down!

finalIf you read in my past posts, you know that I am a firm believer in Christ Jesus and it is written that we are to take dominion over the earth.  Ray Higdon, a leader that I admire completely states perfectly, “it is our responsibility to be successful.” From the beginning of time, success is made for everyone because we live in an abundant world. I was told to put the cape on and be the person that is successful. I wish that same thing for you. Mentally erase the old you from your life. You can start fresh from today. If the past isn’t used for growth, it wont serve you. Let it go! It’s the last day of the year, for 2018 let’s do a quick review some things. Mistakes mean that we are making moves and are guidelines to used to check where we are and shows us what to avoid for next time.

You are the greatest investment you will ever make in your life! I really wonder if you know how amazing you are. You are literally a masterpiece! I just want to remind you that you are fearfully and wonderfully made! It took me forever to really get that. Is it the same for you? I want you to consider investing completely in your future. This is going to sound a little crazy but rock with me. This is an extremely frank question but, what does your tombstone say about you?  It’s a little out there but this will help you plan your year which helps to simplify your months, then weeks and then down to days. Everything will become clearer when you militant about what it is that you want.

Don’t get full of yourself. Please, everyone is working on changing and growing in themselves. It’s time to see everyone winning and this is something you should want because it attracts and reflects who you are. Consider the law of gravity and also consider the fact that we don’t know what tomorrow brings. Life is a series people connecting and being of service to each other. Success (whatever that may mean for you, sometimes gives people amnesia. Do your very best to be humble and remember where you came from.

The past doesn’t equal your future! This is something that is so intense and so crucial for your next moves! I don’t care what you did that night that no one knows about. It doesn’t matter how old or young you are. It does not…. I repeat does not have any interference with your chances of growing now. It is so important that you change your way of thinking about this. Even more amazing is that you can use what happened in your past to fuel you for the future to be amazing! There are books like “The Power” by Rhonda Byrne or “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill that can help you in learning  that you have the power and ability to use what you have now to design a better life.

You have to practice gratitude. Even in the Bible it talks about a person that can’t be trusted with little also can’t be trusted with a lot. That means you have to be grateful for the things you have right now. I want you to think of grandma taking away that toy when you weren’t grateful. Think about when you almost had something but you didn’t show that you were thankful and it was taken away. Your life is the same way. Look for what you have right now and be extremely grateful and it will multiply everything for you. This may be elementary for you or you may have heard this before but think about how grateful you can bring yourself to feel for the things and people you have now and watch the shift happen in your life.

You have to congratulate yourself. Do you hustle hard on a daily basis and completely forget to congratulate yourself? When you do this you’re not giving yourself a chance to be present with all the things you’ve accomplish. My coach was talking about how some people are going through life only to get to the next goal to achieve and their whole life passes them by. This is the easiest way to be miserable. Pat yourself on the back and applaud you! Look yourself in the mirror and acknowledge you.

These are things that I’m going be present with and use in my own life and I hope this can also do justice for you too!

I want to hear back from you! What did you love most about this post? If you got value, feel free to share this with your community.

With love,

Candace Kinlaw
